Dorothy Mae Shupp

Dorothy Mae Shupp, 92 of Tunkhannock passed away on Sunday November 28, 2021 at Hospice of the Sacred Heart, Dunmore. She was preceded in death by her husband Carlton Shupp on July 15, 2016. Born in Eaton Township on December 11, 1928 she was the daughter of the late Chester and Flossie Corby Sickler. She attended the Pilgrim Holiness Church and enjoyed gardening in her flower beds. She loved watching the birds especially cardinals. She also enjoyed making fudge for family and friends to enjoy. Surviving are her four children, Carlton “Pete” Shupp (Arlene), Brenda Cooley (James), Debra Musser (Timothy), Dawn Rigdon (David); grandchildren, Amy Cooley Walsh (Pat), Eric (Claire), Neil Cooley (Erin), Bryan (Tracy), Kimberly Shupp, Charles (Sarah), Bradley (Amanda), Alex Rigdon (Paige), Mark (Cyndi), Michael Musser (Cynthia); great-grandchildren, Bryan J Shupp, Katie Wynn, Brianna Walsh-Hayden (Kyle), Spencer, Elizabeth Walsh, Eva, Caroline, Jonathan, Judson, Hannah, Amelia Cooley, Bethany, Adeline, Levi, Abel, Quinn, and Anthony Rigdon, Jacob, Danika, Martin, Angel and Preston Musser; brother, Robert Sickler. In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by granddaughter, Angela Cooley; brothers, Harold, Paul, and James Sickler; sisters, Myrtle Wyda and Sara Greenley.
