Doris L. Wagner

Doris L. Wagner of West St. Tunkhannock died Wednesday at the Golden Living Center in Tunkhannock. She was born in Tunkhannock on January 6, 1928 daughter of the late DeWitt Charles and Daisy Elizabeth Oakly Rosengrant. She was a graduate of Tunkhannock High School Class of 1945. Prior to her retirement she was employed by the Wyoming County Assessment Office for 29 years. She was a member of the Tunkhannock Presbyterian Church for 70 years. She was preceded in death by her husband Wayne Wagner, infant son Alan, brothers Dexter and Richard Rosengrant. Surviving is a son and daughter in law Dale and Dottie Wagner of Tunkhannock, grandson Michael Wagner of Allison Park, Pa., sister Helen Nichols of Tunkhannock, sister in laws Betty Mowry of Montrose, Pa., Cora Rosengrant of Tunkhannock, numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral and committal services will be held on Saturday at 11 am from the Sheldon-Kukuchka Funeral Home Inc., 73 W. Tioga St., Tunkhannock. Interment will be in Sunnyside Cemetery, Tunkhannock. There will be no calling hours. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Wyoming County Cancer Society, PO Box 629, Tunkhannock, Pa. 18657.
