Frances M. Minor

Ms. Frances M. Minor, 52, of Tunkhannock passed away at home on Sunday, February 14th after struggling with cancer. She was born on April 10, 1957 in Amarillo Texas, daughter of Robert Minor and Nancy Martin Mckenzie Frances was a graduate of Keyport NJ high school and worked as a home health care provider. She is survived by her husband Terry Gallagher, son: Gary Groves of Evans Falls, brothers: Robert Minor of St. Petersburg, Fla., Glen McKenzie of Michigan, and Douglas McKenzie of Evans Falls, sisters: Christina Lopez of Meshoppen, Justina Smith of Nicholson, and Tracy McKenzie of Norwich, NY, as well as numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a brother Carmelo Lopez, Jr, sister Penny Minor, and cousin Mark Martin. Funeral services where at the convenience of the family.
