Cecil R. Penrith

Cecil R. Penrith, 97, of Meshoppen, died Saturday in the Golden Living Personal Care Home, Tunkhannock. Born March 15, 1913, he was a son of the late Daniel and Bertha Brugler Penrith. Prior to retirement he was a Molding Press Operator, employed by Allied Signal. Cecil was preceded in death by his wife Emily Harvey Penrith and a son, Donald. He is survived by one son: Robert Penrith of Meshoppen, PA. Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 1:00 pm from the Sheldon-Kukuchka Funeral Home Inc., 73 W. Tioga St., Tunkhannock with Pastor Gary Myers of the Biblical Baptist Church officiating. Friends may call on Wednesday from 12:00 – 1:00 pm. Interment will be in Rural Rest Cemetery, Keiserville.
