Jack Corker

Jack Corker of Tunkhannock died Thursday November 25th in the VA Medical Center in Plains Twp. He was born in Philadelphia on November 6, 1945 son of the late Willard and Bertha Reese Corker. Jack was a Navy Veteran and worked various jobs in Wyoming County prior to his retirement. He and his wife of 40 years Rosemary Fox Corker where foster parents to over 45 young men and women. Jack was preceded in death by a brother Willard Corker Jr., Also surviving is a son Jack Corker Jr. of Tunkhannock, brothers Thomas Corker of Factoryville, Sister Beverly Wolbers of Clark Summit, grandson Jarrett Corker, several nieces and nephews and a special niece Charlene Trochak and a great niece Tabatha Jasper. A memorial service will be held on Saturday December 4th at 1 pm from the Sheldon-Kukuchka Funeral Home Inc., 73 W. Tioga St., Tunkhannock with the Fr. David Betts of the Church of the Nativity BVM in Tunkhannock. Friends may call at the funeral home from 12 noon on the time of service.
