Dorothy Delong

Dorothy G. Delong of Hill Crest Road Tunkhannock formerly of Spinnerstown, Pa., died at her home on Sunday morning June 19th. Dorothy was born in Salisbury Twp., Leigh County on August 31, 1929 daughter of the Clarence V. and Carrie M. Oswald Hilbert. Dorothy was a graduate of Allentown High School class of 1947. Prior to her retirement she worked as a seamstress in several different dress factories. She was preceded in death by her husband Tilden L. Delong, brothers George and Harold Hilbert. Sisters Ruth, Pat ,and Joyce. Surviving is a son Keith and wife Chris of Berlin, Md., daughters Cindy and husband Larry Lechleitner of Tunkhannock, Wendy Harvey of Boothwyn, Pa., 7 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren. Graveside funeral services will be held on Wednesday at 11 am in Chapel Hill Cemetery, Dallas with Rev. David Hinkley. Arrangements, by the Sheldon-Kukuchka Funeral Home Inc., W.
